What is Apple GPT? Apple’s ChatGPT Rival & “Ajax” Explained

According to sources this week, Apple is creating a ChatGPT rival called “Apple GPT” that will be supported by Ajax, the company’s own language model framework. The announcement follows Meta’s recent  announcement that it is working on a ChatGPT alternative powered by Llama 2, which was just released in collaboration with Microsoft. Apple has been very silent on artificial intelligence compared to its  competitors, but it would be naive to assume the tech giant would just be sitting this one out. Apple GPT: What We Know So Far Apple developers are reportedly working on a project to create an AI tool internally known to as “Apple GPT” that will be driven by the company’s own proprietary LLM framework, Ajax, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurmann. The foundation of Ajax is Google’s “JAX” machine learning platform, which UK based  AI  firm DeepMind has been utilising since 2020 to “accelerate” its research. However, in comparison to certain others, it is still regarded as a respectably experimental framework. Access to the chatbot is restricted to a few Apple workers, and outputs aren’t used to iterate on things  that are intended for customer usage.…

The AI Site Generator,  which operates similarly to AI chatbots like ChatGPT and Google Bard, is designed to “drive forward the  next generation of website creation,” according to Wix CEO Avishai Abrahami. It will enable users to  construct full websites and analyse metrics from unique prompts. These new tools will make creating a customised site simpler and quicker than ever by expanding on its already-existing AI toolkit. Is Wix truly the ideal option for all companies, however, given that its design  functionality still lags below  that of rivals like Squarespace? Wix to Launch New AI Site Building Feature Wix…
